Shipping Policy – PAKIFY

(Based on Islamic Business Ethics)

At PAKIFY, we believe in conducting business with honesty, trust, and fairness, as guided by Islamic principles. This shipping policy explains how we process and deliver orders with transparency and responsibility.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed honestly if delays occur.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout before placing the order.

  • We do not charge any hidden or extra fees, in accordance with Islamic teachings against deception.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Customers are requested to pay the exact billed amount at the time of delivery.

  • Refusing a confirmed order without a valid reason after dispatch is discouraged, as it causes unjust loss.

Shipping Responsibility (Amanah)

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, PAKIFY remains committed to helping customers with tracking and delivery support.

  • We work only with reliable courier partners to fulfill our trust (Amanah).

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

  • In case of delay, loss, or damage:

    • We will investigate the issue sincerely

    • Keep the customer informed

    • Provide a fair solution such as replacement or refund, where applicable

Justice and customer satisfaction are our priority.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
