Refund & Return Policy – PAKIFY

(Based on Islamic Business Ethics)

At PAKIFY, we follow Islamic principles of justice, honesty, and fairness in all transactions. This policy explains our refund and return process in a transparent and ethical manner.

1. Right to Fair Return (Islamic Principle of Adl)

Islam encourages fairness in trade. If a customer receives:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product
    they have the right to return or request a refund.

2. Return Eligibility

A return or refund request is accepted if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and ethical reasons, the following items may not be returned:

  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged after delivery

This is in line with Islamic teachings against unjust claims.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or video proof

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund, whichever is fair

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit (as agreed)

We do not delay refunds unjustly, as withholding someone’s right is discouraged in Islam.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Customers must provide correct bank details for refund processing

7. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from PAKIFY, return shipping cost will be our responsibility

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping costs may be borne by the customer

8. Change of Mind

If you no longer want the product:

  • You may request a return within 7 days

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges

9. Ethical Commitment

PAKIFY follows the saying of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ:
