Refund & Return Policy – PAKIFY
(Based on Islamic Business Ethics)
At PAKIFY, we follow Islamic principles of justice, honesty, and fairness in all transactions. This policy explains our refund and return process in a transparent and ethical manner.
1. Right to Fair Return (Islamic Principle of Adl)
Islam encourages fairness in trade. If a customer receives:

A damaged product

A defective item
-
A wrong product
they have the right to return or request a refund.
2. Return Eligibility
A return or refund request is accepted if:

The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and ethical reasons, the following items may not be returned:

Used or damaged items due to customer handling

Items returned without original packaging

Items damaged after delivery
This is in line with Islamic teachings against unjust claims.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or video proof
After verification, we will offer:

A replacement, or
-
A full or partial refund, whichever is fair
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

Refunds are issued via:

Bank transfer, or
-
Store credit (as agreed)

We do not delay refunds unjustly, as withholding someone’s right is discouraged in Islam.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

Customers must provide correct bank details for refund processing
7. Return Shipping

If the mistake is from PAKIFY, return shipping cost will be our responsibility

If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping costs may be borne by the customer
8. Change of Mind
If you no longer want the product:

You may request a return within 7 days

Product must be unused and in original condition

Refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges
9. Ethical Commitment
